The Media Dialogue project is a network and cooperation of journalists, academics, artists and students from Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Germany, Moldova and Ukraine to stabilise and strengthen democracy and a free press in the respective countries.
Tariq Sarhan, Head of the Cultural Department of the Islamic Cultural Centre of Kyiv City, spoke about the life of the Muslim community in Ukraine during the quarantine period. He described how quarantine affected every category of Muslims in Ukraine and described how Muslim religious life adapted to quarantine restrictions. The keynote speaker underlined the tolerance of Ukrainians to other nations and religions.
